Compass-Intelle partnered with Snowy Hydro for the relocation of their head office to Grosvenor Place, helping shape a fresh, future-ready workspace from the ground up. Drawing on our team's deep site knowledge as the building's incumbent Services Engineers, we designed an innovative cooling strategy to deliver comfort and efficiency across the tenancy.

Working to support the client's vision, we delivered smart solutions throughout the 1,856m² fitout to service a concierge and visitors lounge, a 24-person boardroom framed by spectacular views of the Sydney Harbour, multiple meeting, quiet and focus rooms, collaborative workshop areas, IT/Comms rooms, breakout spaces, lockers and tea points.
