We partnered with Sheldon to deliver their high-performance, Greenstar and WELL rated workplace fitout focused on occupant wellbeing. The project exemplifies our commitment to circular design, smart systems, and future-ready engineering. Located at 60 Carrington St on Level 14, the building’s structural constraints presented a major hurdle: less than 200 mm of ceiling void and no allowance for service penetrations. This required a customised approach to maintain functionality and design integrity.

Working closely with Sheldon, we developed a tailored services strategy. Ductwork was routed through and between structural beams. For crossovers, low-profile plastic duct colour-matched to the ceiling was used for a seamless aesthetic. Modular layouts and energy-efficient electrification were also implemented to support long-term adaptability and environmental performance. The result is a clean, high-quality finish that preserves the architectural vision while delivering strong system performance.
