Compass-Intelle were delighted to be engaged by returning client, Eightcap, to provide Building Services designs for their workplace fitout on L37 in the Rialto Tower, located at 525 Collins Street in Melbourne. Our favourite aspect of this project were the electrical solutions delivered to support the sophisticated layering of lighting, bringing warmth and depth to this dynamic workspace.

Working to help bring Studio 103’s sophisticated designs to life, our team provided engineered solutions to service human function and comfort throughout the expansive 1800m² space, including work points for 140 employees, refined executive suites, meeting and quiet rooms, inviting collab zones and a gorgeous kitchen and dining space for staff and guests.
