Engaged by the asset owner to assist with the repositioning of 505 Lt Collins St, works consisted of several phases including Lobby Upgrade, Speculative Suite fitout, Rooftop Activation, and Vertical Extension.

Our team was involved in the project’s ESD submission as part of the Town Planning application for the vertical extension of an existing commercial building. We prepared the ESD Statement in accordance with Melbourne City Council requirements and NABERS Energy Efficiency Report.
