101 Collins Street Metering SLD, Melbourne VIC
101 Collins Street is one of Melbourne’s most iconic commercial buildings; however, as a 33-year-old asset the building does not include the features that are commonplace in new commercial buildings. The aim of this project was to fully develop the electrical, thermal and water metering single-line diagrams for the building for NABERS and Green Star Performance purposes.
Complete site investigations of all 57 levels of the building were required to validate the information available. Following the site investigations, metering single line diagrams and metering topologies were developed, strictly produced in accordance with NABERS and Green Star requirements.
