Compass-Intelle supported the upgrade of the Transport Operations Room at Sydney’s Traffic Management Centre, a vital hub for 24/7 traffic monitoring across NSW. The redesign improved spatial efficiency, amenities, and infrastructure to enhance collaboration and meet the demands of continuous operations.

Our scope included strategic design and technical due diligence across building services, with key upgrades to control consoles, UPS, lighting, fire safety, and HVAC. A new video wall system was integrated, requiring careful thermal management. The project delivers a future-ready space that enhances safety and operational reliability.
