A comprehensive refurbishment of the five-storey building at 70 Jolimont Street, Melbourne. The scope included the complete demolition and re-fitout of all floors, as well as the revitalization of the existing roof terrace and significant upgrades to base building services.

This project is a showcase innovative features across 5 levels - from a customer engagement floor to an open space rooftop terrace, a gym, media center, secure parking and workspaces throughout to service collaboration and confidential matters.
