A comprehensive refurbishment of the five-storey building at 70 Jolimont St, East Melbourne VIC. The scope included the complete demolition and re-fitout of all floors, as well as the revitalization of the existing roof terrace and significant upgrades to base building services.

As the building was originally completed in the 1970s, the existing heating, cooling, electrical, and fire systems were outdated and non-compliant. Consequently, the project required a complete overhaul and removal of the central mechanical and electrical systems to meet current standards.
