A well-known brewery located on the Mornington Peninsula, St Andrews Brewery opened their second venue at Centerpiece, Melbourne & Olympic Park. The project delivered a full internal refurbishment, refurbishment of an existing commercial kitchen, new bar areas and a new brewery.

A well-known brewery located on the Mornington Peninsula, St Andrews Brewery opened their second venue at Centerpiece, Melbourne & Olympic Park. The project delivered a full internal refurbishment, refurbishment of an existing commercial kitchen, new bar areas and a new brewery.

Tapping into our experience in brewery and process facilities, the brewery works included an electric brew kit, glycol chiller and pump system, and below-ground drainage system including cooling pit and brew waste system, allowing the brewery waste to be discharged directly to sewer.
