Working alongside the teams at McCormack and Studio 103, this project at 80 Collins Street in Melbourne delivered an elevated corporate head office, combining the elegance of a luxury hotel with the tranquillity of a wellness retreat. The result is a welcoming and inspired workplace environment; a true testament to creative innovation and building excellence.

Providing the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection building services designs, our team were tasked to create solutions for uniquely purposed spaces, including a Wine Bar and Presentation Space. A hero of this project is the specialist lighting, requiring our team to design for elements such as picture lighting and LED strip lighting to achieve the recommended lux levels throughout.
