This beautifully fitted, flexible and private workplace is located on the top floor, level 54, at 111 Eagle Street with a stunning view of the Brisbane River. From concept to reality, our process was meticulous with each detail reflecting our team's fine work and dedication to engineering excellence.

Our team provided the Building Services documentation from concept design to construction documentation and construction administration for this project. The scope included nearly 1500m2 of dedicated workspace offices, meeting rooms, quite rooms, AV rooms and communal breakout spaces, as well as the addition of 2 new accessible toilets and comms rooms.
