An exciting project transforming the Preston Toyota site to house 472 dedicated Build to Rent units and 5,000 sqm of commercial space. This community project will see the development of five residential towers, as well as a supermarket, retail, and hospitality premises.

Sustainability services were provided to meet stringent sustainability framework, which included extensive array of solar PV, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle and bicycle parking, natural ventilation with unique breezeways and maximised daylighting throughout.
