Our team provided complete building services engineering throughout the project, including full upgrade of the ground floor foyer, with the relocation of the existing café, upgrade of End of Trip facilities, conversion of Level 21 from plant room into an office for tenancy, updated services to meet design and compliance requirements, and repositioning of the vacant rear ground floor tenancy for potential hospitality use.
