225 George Street, Sydney NSW
Working on behalf of Grosvenor Place Management, this project entailed a complete overhaul of the mechanical services at the Royal Naval House as part of an electrification initiative and NABERS improvements.
Works included energy and thermal metering, as well as rationalisation and upgrading of the Building Management and Control System. Existing gas-fired boilers and HVAC heating hot water system were removed, as well as cooling towers and ice storage systems. New water-cooled heat pumps were installed to replace the existing chillers. The condenser water system was extended from Grosvenor Tower, and the centralised toilet exhaust system upgraded.
