One of several projects delivered by our team at 175 Pitt St, Sydney, this complex asset repositioning project involved reconfiguration and redevelopment of existing Retail and Commercial Lobby spaces. Encompassing a series of complex components including the temporary and flagship tenancy for Tiffany & Co., relocation of Fitness First entry stairs, and new façade to the main commercial lobby.

Staging and methodology of works were critical success factors in delivering the project as the anchor tenant required time-sensitive temporary relocation tenancy as part of the early works package.
