Working closely with Building Management, our team has been involved in a significant number of projects at 101 Collins Street as the building's incumbent engineers and a member of the building’s Sustainability Committee. In this capacity, our team was involved in the building’s complex Electrification and Asset Repositioning initiative.

Working closely with Building Management, our team has been involved in a significant number of projects at 101 Collins Street as the building's incumbent engineers and a member of the building’s Sustainability Committee. In this capacity, our team was involved in the building’s complex Electrification and Asset Repositioning initiative.

Projects have included power upgrades and new switchroom construction, major base building plant and equipment upgrades and refurbishment, metering upgrades and the development of metering topology, lobby upgrades and refurbishments, and new End of Trip and Wellness Centre facilities.
