Our team are the nominated Base Building Engineers for the building, having had a long association as incumbent consultants for over 15 years providing electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic engineering services.

Highlight projects include the lobby refurbishment to provide collaboration spaces for tenants and visitors. This project included a new entrance, bookable meeting rooms and facilities which provide an extension to the tenants’ workspaces.
