An exciting project set to transform the Preston Toyota site on High Street to house 472 dedicated Build to Rent units and 5,000 sqm of commercial space. Sustainability services were provided to meet stringent sustainability framework, which included extensive array of solar PV, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle and bicycle parking, natural ventilation with unique breezeways and maximised daylighting throughout.

Resource efficiency was an important aspect of the design and included Fossil-fuel free development, sustainably sourced and responsible materials, high efficiency fixtures, fittings and equipment, and high-performance building fabric exceeding minimum compliance requirements.
